WUHC HEALTHCARE SCHOLARS PROGRAM
A Premier Educational Healthcare Program for High School Students
ABOUT
The WUHC Healthcare Scholars Program is a selective program that seeks to cultivate interest in the healthcare field among a passionate cohort of high school students. In Spring of 2022, our 8-week program will run virtually over Zoom from January 29th to March 26th. 90-minute class sessions will be at 11 AM - 12:30 PM on Saturdays, during which students learn about the various elements of the healthcare system, from the role of providers to the dilemmas faced by policymakers. Students will also learn how to read and think critically about scholarly scientific literature.

The Healthcare Scholars Program is run by the Wharton Undergraduate Healthcare Club (WUHC) Impact team. WUHC is Penn’s premier healthcare student organization. Our team is focused on increasing WUHC’s engagement with the greater Philadelphia community.
